From Filament to Family Heirloom: How Our 3D Printed Decor Is Made

Every piece that leaves our studio begins as a spool of premium PLA and a name typed into an order form. What happens between those two points is where the craft lives.

We run professional-grade printers tuned for decorative finish rather than speed — slower layer heights, higher temperatures, and matte filaments that photograph beautifully and hide the layer lines cheaper products wear like scars.

After printing, every piece visits the finishing bench: supports removed, edges softened, faces inspected under raking light. Roughly one in twelve prints doesn't pass. Those never ship — they become test pieces for new colours.

The final step is the one customers mention most: packaging. Tissue, kraft, a handwritten note. Not because it's efficient — it isn't — but because most of our pieces are opened by someone other than the person who paid for them.
